Treasure & Hunt
Starting my design journey felt like going on an exciting treasure hunt. I did not know exactly where I was going, and I did not have a clear map – just a strong curiosity and passion to guide me. Everything felt new: the tools, the words and the way of thinking. But the excitement of learning and discovering kept me moving forward. I was eager to find the hidden treasures the design had to offer.
As I took each step, I started to notice important things that helped shape my path. I began to look deeper, to understand how everyday objects tell stories and how every design choice has a purpose. Bit by bit, I learnt the language of design – not through books alone, but by doing, trying, failing and trying again.
Of course, it was not always easy. Sometimes I did not know what to do next. Ideas got confusing and I felt stuck. There were times I doubted myself and felt lost. But I learnt something important: the journey is not just about finding the perfect answer right away. It is about trusting the process, learning from mistakes and accepting that wrong turns can lead to better paths.
Along the way, I discovered something unexpected – I was also finding things inside myself. I found creativity I did not know I had and strength I had not seen before. Every project, every challenge, helped me grow. I found clues in my hands-on work, in group projects and in trying new ideas. Slowly, I began to understand not just design, but myself.
The best part of this journey was not just gaining new skills. It was how design changed the way I see the world. Now, design is not just something I do – it is how I think, how I solve problems and how I express myself. It has become a part of who I am.
And even though I have come a long way, I know this is not the end. There are many more adventures ahead, many more things to learn, and many more treasures to discover. I am excited to keep going, with open eyes and an open heart.
