Lethal Flash is a sword created from a conceptual sword described in a story I have read previously, with aesthetics added to it to suit the character it belongs to. It was a material exploration project, where the aim was to create a product using 2-3 materials that you have never used before. The sword was made in a 4-stage process: first, a positive cast for the hilt was made from m-seal, second, a silicone mold was made from the same. Third, a resin cast was obtained from the mold. And fourth, an aluminium blade, cut, shaped, and buffed from sheet metal, was attached to the hilt using clear resin.
